The Master Bedroom in the Great House has a Super King size 4 poster bed.
Each of the other two bedrooms in the Great House and the two bedrooms in the Guest Cottage can have either two single beds or a King Size or Queen Size bed.
We have one toddler bed, suitable for two years up to 5 years.
We have one baby cot, suitable from new born up to 3 years.
We have one travel cot, suitable from new born up to two years.
We have one high chair, one training potty, two child toilet seats and two bathroom step stools.
All beds, including the baby cots, are supplied with mosquito nets.
We supply all toilet paper, tissues, kitchen paper, a standard supply of bug spray and personal insect repellant, a standard kit of toiletries, hand sanitizer, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies including extra sensitive, hyper allergenic for babies and children.
Our tap water is filtered but not purified. So it is fine for showering, teeth cleaning, cooking etc…. However we provide a water cooler in each kitchen from which you can re-fill your drinking water bottles.
Electricity is 110volt American style outlets throughout the property.
There is a hairdryer in every bedroom.

Driving is on the left hand side of the road and you will need to purchase a US$20 local driving license. Your car hire company will organize this for you.
You can use Eastern Caribbean Dollars or US$. The official exchange rate is 2.6882 EC$ to the US$. When you use US$ in the shops and restaurants you will get anything from 2.6 to 2.7 exchange rate and your change will be in EC$. Some places will also take Euros – exchange rate to be established at the time of purchase.
There is one local ATM at the Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank at the entrance to Nelson’s Dockyard. This machine will take most cards, if not the bank will help you over the counter with the presentation of your passport along with your card. Opening hours are 8:30 am to 1:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 3:00pm Fridays. There are more international banks in St. John’s.
You may smoke in the outdoor areas, ash trays are provided. As Antigua is a very dry island we ask that you are very careful about disposing of lit embers as it is easy to start a fire. Most bars and restaurants provide plenty of smoking areas.
There is no fish market in the area, so fresh fish and seafood is best organized through your concierge who will talk to the local fishermen.
