St. Anne's Point is the most gorgeous villa imaginable and we loved every minute of our time there!! Amazing location and the most incredible views and the whole place is so well looked after. Helen and her team are fantastic. We will be back!!

St. Anne's Point is a beautiful villa with a commanding view of Falmouth Harbor. It has a great pool and expansive outside space for entertaining along a very long gallery/balcony with views of the yachts and sailboats. Helen and Kevin are the consummate hosts and are very knowledgeable about the island and helped arrange tours & activities. The house and gardens were a delight. Thank you for a very special trip to Antigua! We will come back!

The Great House and guest cottage are extremely spacious and comfortable. We spent hours on the deck of the Great House just drinking coffee (ok, and lots of cocktails) and looking out onto the harbor. It was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences of our lives.
The grounds of the villa are absolutely beautiful and kept in very good condition, and our kids had fun playing in the immense swimming pool every day. We would make the 5-7 minute walk over to Pigeon Beach (which is great for little kids – very gentle waves), which was usually unoccupied. And we could walk 5-7 minutes to eat at one of the many different restaurants it had to offer. The seafood is incredibly fresh and we also had great meals involving French cuisine, pizza, sandwiches, burgers, and even sushi. Antigua was full of very friendly people and we enjoyed every trip we made into the village.
The wonderful staff at St. Anne’s Point, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Helen, the property manager had recommendations for everything – we even had a swim teacher come every morning to teach our kids how to swim in the pool. Sharon the housekeeper did our laundry every day lovely to see our clothes hanging and freshly pressed. And Greg the gardener was always hard at work and would pick fruit for us to eat.
We’re already thinking about how we can find a way to go back one day!

My stay at St. Anne’s Point was such a wonderful experience, I could hardly wait to return for a second visit! The classic Georgian style villa with tropical gardens and swimming pool are located on a hill with stunning views of Falmouth Harbour. The Great House has a modern kitchen that opens to the living area and spacious bedrooms. The villa is a great private escape within walking distance to Pigeon Beach, hiking trails, and local restaurants. The house manager is welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable!

1. Don’t miss the sunrises and sunsets! Spend countless hours with close friends, enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail on the balcony overlooking Falmouth Harbour.
2. Get ready to swim! Swim every day in the outdoor pool at St. Anne’s and take a 4 min walk down to Pigeon Beach to float in the warm Caribbean waters.
3. Eat local! Cook a BBQ lunch on the outdoor grill in the villa’s alfresco dining area and eat dinner at one of the local restaurants.
4. Invite family and friends! Enjoy your visit with family and friends in spacious accommodations at the Great House and Guest House.
